75W headlamp Intelligent control HID system

Model: IT-75W H7 (optional: H1, H3/H11/H13...)

Functions:

1. Turn on automatically when driving at night,
2. Turn on automatically during gray days
3. Turn on/off rapidly when driving in/out of the garbage/tunnels
4. Shut down automatically when the car parked
5. Delay 30 seconds to turning off the light when engine off.
6. Automatically switch high beam to low beam when car come front 100 meter.
7. Auto flash when brake.

1. Working voltage: 12V ± 2V, 24V ± 4V.
2. Working temperature range: - 40℃ ～ 85℃.
3. Working relative humidity: 45% ～ 75%.
4. Maximum loading capacity: 580W.

Installation methods

1. Sensor: installed on the top surface of instrument panel in driving cab;
2. Controller host: stick the controller on the inside instrument panel with adhesive sticker, the viscous side should face downward to enable the adhesive strength of adhesive sticker not to bear the weight of controller, if conditions permitted, fix the controller to a proper position on the instrument with mucilage glue (recommended method of installation), the wiring harness should be concealed inside the instrument panel, lined in order and fastened with wire ties.
